We are proud to work with experienced professionals and in the case of finishing, we entrust our pieces only to professionals who carry decades of experience in painting. Only time can make a professional reference of what he does, eyes that can see what many eyes do not see, hands that carry skills acquired not only by repetition but by the passion to make a product a finished piece. The precision of the application of each fan that comes out of the spray gun, the thorough review of each product surface, are characteristics that we observe and value, as we know that the finish is an important aspect of the relationship between people and objects.

Carbon steel is a material of great durability and resistance which imbues these characteristics in our products and components. The solidness and the cohesion of steel pieces, united by weld techniques, constitute an inextricable union that guarantees safety in the use and handling of our products. Laser cuts, well-executed folds, and welds constitute a continuous and fluid perception at the length of the transition of each component. Along with high-quality painting, products with metallic components ensure great physical and mechanical integrity that can lengthen not only the products’ lifespan as their aesthetic unity.

No Branco II, Wassily Kandinsky. 1923.

The name Edra comes from the etymological separation of geometry terminology. Edra is the feminine equivalent of the -edro suffix, widely used to name mathematical shapes in Portuguese. It also references the greek word Hedra (with a suppressed H, for aesthetic reasons) which means plane, face, or surface.

The grid that originates the surfaces of the set comes from the symmetrical segmentation of a plain regular polygon (square) which creates a logical relation between the geometrical shapes resulting from these divisions.
